Dry etch and deposition systems - BAFO stage

After a long and thorough tender, including clarification meetings with multiple vendors, test samples shipping around the world and a comprehensive analysis of the results, a shortlist has been drawn up and we are finally in the Best And Final Offers (BAFO) stage! We hope to have placed orders for all four systems in April, after which construction can finally begin.
