Dry Etch Workshop - a hit!

The Oxford Instruments Dry etch Workshop, hosted by the University of Leeds, was attended by over 60 academics and industry representitives from across the country. An excellent series of instructional seminars was delivered by experienced process engineers and technical specialists, followed by tours of the Leeds Nanotechnology Cleanroom and wider Bragg Centre for Materials Research.
