Royce equipment funding

We are delighted to announce that the Leeds Nanotechnology Cleanroom has been awarded funding from the Henry Royce Institute for two replacement items of equipment. We are now entering the procurement phase for a new 200mm-capable dicing saw, and a modern lapping and polishing station to ensure sustainable service provision from our test and packaging suite. These instruments will be installed and commissioned by March 2027 at the latest.
